Dr. Mulligan and his staff are very professional and extremely nice. I had a few fillings done and some teeth cleaning. All of the procedures I had done were painless and did not take long. It's also very easy to get an appointment and rarely do you have to wait to see Dr. Mulligan. He has a great personality and you can tell he really cares about his patients without judgement.
